- Summary: This is an on location program recorded in Dhading district on"kinds of food that is healthy during winter season". The first story is an interaction of Bhagwati Khatiwada and Dr. Kabita Maharjan which is about the food habit in winter season. She is not following a proper balanced diet and not eating a proper amount of green vegetables. Doctor suggests her to add sufficient amount of green vegetables in her regular food habit. The second story is from Raj Dhungana who is living in a temporary shelter where his mother is cooking beans and rice. Doctor also suggests them to add green vegetables in their daily food habit. The third story is about Bhagwati Acharya living with 14 members in her family who has the of keeping food for longer time on fire. The doctor told that cooking food for long hours is not healthy. It reduces the nutritional level of the food.
