Our reporter meets Tika Prasad Dhakal from Nuwakot who tells how he reuses sacks for making tarpaulin. He shares that tarpaulin made by themselves is strong and last for many years. The second story is of Laxmi Baniya, Health specialist, from Okhaldhunga who talks about how to take care of pregnant and and post partum women. Indira Karki is in her post partum period and doctor suggests her to take proper nutritious and maintain hygiene. Rama Karki is a pregnant women whom doctor suggests to take proper diet and go for timely check up. The third story is of Lakha Kumari Dahal talks about the importance of sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene in temporary shelter.
