- Summary: This is a compilation programme containing three stories. The first story is of Keepa Gyalmo of Rasuwa whose house and shop collapsed in the earthquake. She managed to rebuild temporary house and is running the shop successfully. She further shares the way to cook food when there is limited firewood and how she manages her kitchen. The second story is of Govinda Prasad Parajuli from Kavre, Dhulikhel who shares that his house is saved from devastating earthquake as it was built by proper utilization of local raw materials. He further shares that the house should have strong foundation and it should be built by well trained engineers and masons. The third story is an interview with Dr. Rangina Shah, Gynochologist, who talks on issues like importance of hygiene during mensuration period, mensurational irregularity and proper disposal of the sanitary pad.
