- Summary: This is a mix bag programme on " health-related problems of children and old aged people in winter and its solution". This program is a discussion with Physician Dr. Sanjiv Tiwari of teaching hospital regarding the health-related problems of earthquake survival. The first story is from Sanu and Lakpa Tamang of Selang VDC of Sindhupalchowk living in temporary shelter shares that their children are suffering from common cold. Doctor advised them to keep temporary shelter warm, keep the child in sunlight and massage their body with oil. The second story is from Dhan Kumari Rai of Balaju, Kathmandu who is suffering from back and joint pain. She wears warm clothes and put oil in her body to prevent from cold. The doctor advised her to take the liquid and soft food. He tells family should take care of old aged in order to prevent from cold in winter. The third story is an automated audio message system from Indira Poudel of Pachkhal, Kavre district who shares that she is having severe eye problem. Doctor adviced her that she need to visit hospital as this is a severe problem. He tells Indira to keep the room warm with Sukul.
