Summary:BBC Media Action and Relief International have opened a network of 'Dawaween' information centres in Lebanon for Syrian refugees and host communities. Located close to refugee concentrations in North Lebanon and the Beqaa, these 12 drop-in centres – known in Arabic as Dawaween – in addition to two mobile communication units, are designed as safe and welcoming spaces and are equipped with video screens and loudspeakers, free wifi and phone charging, and computer tablets for public use.
